It certainly has been a real pleasure working with you as well. We are extremely pleased with our furniture. The figure on the table top is incredible, and the figure detail in the chair seats — wow!. It's only going to get better as the wood ages. These are true pieces of art and we could not be happier. When the set is all together we'll take some great pictures and send them to you.

Wow do we love the chair and the table!! I was going to take them to my [office] but my fiance' sat in it and said no way.

Both are beautiful and comfortable and exquisitely crafted. Thank you — I look forward to ordering something else! Came packed in a crate that was like Fort Knox — we are using the box as a fort for the kids down the street (until the rain makes it unsuitable). Thanks again Gary.

Hi Gary, I thought you'd like to know that our beautiful chairs arrived this morning. Those delivery guys are real go-getters! They got themselves on the 5:45 AM ferry and were here and unloaded by 7:00. Good thing we're early risers. You may remember us; we bought a beautiful dining set and two rockers when we redid our Pocono home several years ago. They continue to look fabulous and just last night I was rocking in the cherry rocker before a beautiful fire and was feeling all was right with the world. Hi Gary, just a quick note during my lunch hour about the table delivery. I received it yesterday morning, and my wife and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary at the table that evening. It arrived intact and perfect, and the delivery was on time and professional. That is a good company.

Thank you also for including felt dots for the chairs; I was almost out. I am especially happy with the hand-made character of the table top, and with the grain matching on the chairs.

From a design perspective, both of us find the arms on the arm chair to be on the high end of comfortable. Perhaps a little more bevel to smooth out the front edge of the armrest would alleviate this.

Dear Gary,

R. and I want you to know how much we like our new dining room chairs, and how much we appreciate your work. The chairs are so comfortable that we can now enjoy leisurely meals and conversation around the table without having to get up due to soreness from sitting too long. And they are beautiful! The chairs are identical and each one is different. They look and feel the same, but variations in the wood grain give each one an individual character. So in addition to having great seating for us and our guests at dinnertime, we find we have added works of art to our home. The quality of design, craftsmanship, attention to detail and finishing that went into these chairs is apparent whether we are looking at them, sitting in them, or both. We expect they will become family heirlooms and be enjoyed by our successors for generations to come.
