Gary: Very nice to hear from you. You make an incredible rocking chair! It supports so well that when I sit in it, I immediately feel the tension in my neck, shoulders, spine and lower back relax. Same with my wrists and forearms from the arm rests. I always want to lean my head back, close my eyes and doze a bit.

Thank you for your kind words, but don’t worry, the damage to the first rocker did not cause apprehension. I felt bad for your company, because you had made such a beautiful piece. It needed to be restored to its full luster – and only by your crew. Just seeing it, however, increased my anticipation of enjoying the rocker, so I didn’t mind returning it and waiting a little longer. Austin was so responsive in his willingness to quickly ship the second rocker. It arrived the day before Thanksgiving and all my family members savored it, with corresponding oohs and aahs.

It has been a real pleasure working with your company. You exemplify the perfect combination: A truly superior, hand-crafted product, and very friendly, responsive – even accommodating -- customer service. I will continue to urge every person who enters my house to try the chair. I will tell the story of how it came to be in my family room and sing your company’s praises. Hopefully, one or more of my guests (after they wake up from snoozing in the chair), will decide that they must have one for themselves!

Gary, ... your timing could not have been more spot on! It arrived the day our daughter was born, and was waiting for us when we came home from the hospital.

The chair is not only beautiful, but comfortable as well. My wife was pleasantly surprised that it fits her just right. We both love bonding with our daughter in the chair, and use it everyday for feeding sessions and general relaxing. In fact, i am writing to you while sitting in the rocker. Worth every penny!

Dear Weeks Family

The Weeks Rocker was delivered around 3:00 by a courteous and helpful driver. We sent the box back for reuse—clever packaging.

The chair is beautiful, perfectly finished, comfortable for everyone that has tried it and looks great in our living room plus L. and I both love how it feels to sit in it. It is miraculous that something so durable can be so comfortable.

The rocker arrived safe and whole. The box had a fairly large hole punched on the side so we were a little worried. Once the rocker was out and totally exposed we fell in love immediately. The rocker craftsmanship is amazing and beyond our expectation. Even the freight company representative commented on the workmanship. Wow, the rocker arrived as promised. The shipping container was fully intact with no signs of being mishandled. After unpacking, the chair was in perfect condition, and beautiful as ever. My mom cried tears of gratitude, and rocked in it with the smile of a happy child on her face. The fit is perfect and the craftsmanship is outstanding. I am sincerely filled with gratitude for the joy that you all have brought to our hearts by creating such a wonderful piece of art that we will enjoy and keep in our family for years to come.

Yes, the rockers and footstool arrived in excellent condition last week. We appreciated the packaging design and how well protected they were during shipment.

And, I must say, the design, craftsmanship, and comfort of the rockers is unparalleled. I keep looking at the joinery, the curves, the grain — and I continue to find things that amaze me (especially as a woodworking enthusiast). I continue to run my hands along the edges, and find these complex curves and shapes that are so pleasing to the hand, and the eye. And, to top it off, it’s a real test to see two rockers side by side, and admire the repeatability of your work. We absolutely love them.

In addition, your customer experience has been excellent. From ordering, to payment, to delivery, to followup, and all of the communication along the way. That stuff is not easy to do well, and it is obvious that you put a priority on getting these right. Thank you.

When Forrest called I told him I was tickled to hear from him and he said that he had the world's most beautiful rocking chair on his truck for me. He was not lying! It is absolutely gorgeous! The grain is beautiful, the matching and alignment of the grain on separate pieces is amazing and the workmanship is beyond anything I've seen. Every day I find some detailed piece of craftsmanship that blows me away. If you can't tell, I LOVE the chair.

The one question I have is care and feeding for the chair. From the website it would appear the my rocker has an oil finish and not wanting to do anything that might detract from it's beauty I'd appreciate knowing what you would recommend to clean and treat it. Hi Gary and Autumn – the rocker, footstool and table arrived on Friday, March 5^th.

I must say, the packing in the those containers was so secure. Everything arrived with our a scratch and shipping boxes showed no sign of being dropped or crushed.
